I love several musicals. You need to watch Mame with Lucille Ball. Not so much a musical like the one with Rosalind Russell but fantastic.

I think Julie Andrews was pretty hot back then. Voice of an angel. I really like the scene where the captain hears his kids sing for the first time in years. It's a very emotional movie for me, for some strange reason. Evokes tears.
Plus today it followed "Grease" in the lineup...
Fortunately I only had to endure the last 20 minutes of that, which is the best part for sure.singing in the rain my favorite scene from a musical, i am gonna do the same this guy did if you kiss me any day
