it is easy to get hot some times but at the end every thing that goes up have to come down , I am pretty sure you aint gonna like to be a mod, u dont want to end like a few MIA mods friend of us

It's not that I wanted to be a mod, I just wanted to give something back to the forum that helped me out so much.

It's pretty insulting to be rejected for a volunteer position, not once but several times.

to be a mod you have to be tracking posts, banning friends, etc ,etc , and admin is another thing they are paid for it

20+ years ago, my mother went to Philadelphia for my nephew's birthday party. When she got back, she told me all about it. I asked about his presents and "he got this and he got that and he got a lot lot of nimby-bimbies." "What are those, Mom?" "I don't know. Some toy. He got a lot of them." So I called my sister and asked what nimby-bimbies were. She didn't know. Then I repeated the whole conversation with Mom and she said "Oh. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles."
