ralph and poeia, i have to disagree! i just ordered a replacement keyboard for the boy's laptop on 2-07-11 for 20 bucks, free shipping and handling, it got here on 2-08-11!!!
also, when i formatted the hard drive and had a problem with the wi-fi client i got telephone tech support free of charge even though the warranty expired last august, lol
i mean, how many times could i have bothered ralph?????
that pretty much was inline with my previous experiences with dell over the years. lucky?

Yep, stupid, but I'll pay all day if I don't, and I'm the idiot that started it---took her on my walks when we first got her.
Then I got to go and get a delivery confirmation number on my Jury Duty thing that I got to send back in.
Today is just full of joy joy joy.

I'm so looking forward to this weekend---the temps start climbing and get into the high 30's / 40 ranges next week!!!

OH Fud I take it back---it's colder where you are.

Well it finally hit 3 degrees so got the walk out of the way.
It doesn't involve a lot of snow since we walk on the roads and what sidewalks we can find that have been cleared. Unless it snowing or right after, I don't do snow at all and she does maybe 5% of the time and that is when she has to take care of business.
When it gets warmer, I got a couple yards to do clean up in otherwise my neighbors are going to hate me.

I don't get cold though. I've got three layers on and by the time it's over, I'm actually getting hot and the only thing exposed is the eyes and a small area around them.

While I was out there, I stuck the jury duty thing in the mailbox w/note and some money. Hopefully he will take it so I don't have to go to the post office.
In other words: I ain't going out there again unless it absolutely necessary!!!

And I too wear my blouses untucked. Hopefully one of these days I will lose enough that I can tuck them in again. And wear a belt comfortably!!

Tib - my experience with my first one was good. That's why I bought from them again.

#22 down. I'm hoping the big gap between #20 and #21 means these last 2 were new visitors and that all the spackling I've done in the last week or so has closed off their entrance.

Off to Gyrotonic.

hope your spackling holds! during a bad year - i'm out in the country, surrounded by woods - i had one of those rascals push a big wad of steelwool right out of the crevice, lol. we run into the tiny field mice here which i think are adorable but just not as house guests!

sorry about your computer purchase problem! michael's college laptop was my fifth purchase from dell and all went well. i did notice though it all depends on the cs agent you're dealing with.
