OMG, PhiHalcyon, the ultimate troll. It's a long story, Jane, he wreaked havoc on the old and new SE vs FDA threads, until he went too far and got himself banned. He used to post long diatribes about how he knew what would and should happen to e-cigs. SunVaporer was very easygoing, but he finally had enough of Phi and threw him off the thread.
Sometime later, he showed up on the new thread and started his act all over again, but with a new twist. He set up another account so he could agree with himself and have it appear that another member was agreeing with him. He got caught and received an infraction. That wasn't the end of it though, he openly complained about the infraction and expected the rest of us to support him. He got banned and we all celebrated !!!

I just saw that Ralph. problem is he enjoys getting fed- and hasn't violated any rules so far. I can see him managing to get others banned though. You were right at first- to stay away from him. (of course I've already commented too
