OK. Well pretend your making a hearty, chunky chicken noodle soup, except skip the noodles. About 10 minutes before its done, add a can of white hominy (rinsed), diced tomatoes (drained and lightly rinsed), a bunch of frozen green chili (juice and all), and lime juice to taste. Garnish with a bit of cilantro, and some shredded cheese if you like. Serve with hot flour tortillas.
