I'm always bewildered by the people on Twitter who are compelled to tell people when their houses are empty.

At one time it seemed like Wisconsin was 'over represented' at ECF. Seemed like a lot vs. other states but it may have been the threads I was frequenting.... Wondering if they had more smokers per capita up there... but WV has their share as well.

You got that right. You hardly pass a car on your way to\from work that doesn't have cig smoke coming out of the window here. WV loves it's tobacco.
We have no smoking in buildings/restaurants here - sneakily passed a few years back - ie. two separate issues and one of those where a 'yes' vote kept smoking available but it was promoted in a way that was confusing.
I heard a lot of people afterwards that 'voted the wrong way' Still, like you say - lots of smoking in cars...
