Bruce's brother and sister will be here. I took this week off to straighten a few things and gotten virtually nothing done yet. LOL Cleaned 15 charging cords or devices from around the toaster though. Yes............FIFTEEN! 
I know Tib has a house full again this year.
DH and I got the house to ourselves because son went to spend it with future DIL. Makes me sort of sad.

Just think of the lack of clean up and stuff Jan!! That will help ease the pain!

Today I had the first one of the craziest day I have had this year, a few more are on the way until Dec 1st, a lot of customer wanting to have their job made on the same day or the next day and it can't be done. I wonder why they have to wait until the last week if they have a full year to create the art for the expo...

We obviously disagree - which is fine with me The one thing that I liked about the series was the casting of not just the primaries but the episode only and the incidentals. Even the kids (actual kids) were pretty good actors.
The nepotism you speak of is that she and Katie Jacobs are developing a future series together. But you've got it backwards.
Actually I didn't find the piece that gave me the idea and so I acknowledged the mistake. I thought it was a family or boyfriend connection and that wasn't the case. In googling I see the boyfriend/husband tried out for the role of House! Wow.... I didn't get it forwards or backwards
ETA: Re Doris Egan, if she worked on Meaning she wouldn't have had time to finish Son of a Coma Guy. Meaning was written by David Shore (you know him), Lawrence Kaplow and the team of Russel Friend & Garrett Lerner. Love Kaplow (e.g. Detox; Kids; The Honeymoon; Autopsy; Who's Your Daddy; Half-Wit; Under My Skin), indifferent to Friend/Lerner (Euphoria (part 2); Fetal Position; 97 Seconds; Let Them Eat Cake) but they did do Broken (the 2 hour episode at Mayfield.)
I do find that all interesting. My 'study' comes from the shows themselves rather than the background stuff. My 'take' on the decline has more to do with the integrity of character (ie. consistency - not anything to do with morals And I'm finding it lacking. Still there are good lines and interesting 'puzzles' but House was more than that to me.
