Here at the house, we got a dusting. The west mesa got about 6", and the east mountains got almost 2 feet in some spots. It was minus 10.2 at a co-workers house in the mountains this morning.

That's even more amazing than Ok.... I guess I need to follow the weather nationally more I understand the mountains - Colorado, etc. but not the desert states!!

Yes to all three!!! Fresh, grass fed Yak, cooked over an open fire is real hard to beat!

Sea, I feel bad for my friend who lives out there. Before he moved from here, he gave me a nice hooded flannel jacket and a pair of new ski gloves. I suggested that he should take them with him, but he said that he wouldn't need them out there.

Gosh, I haven't visited the j0kers thread for months. Hope everyone is well and warm.

I just wanted to pop in and tell you that I shared a beer (or two) and eggrolls with Deej last month, and he showed me your cute little Altoid box mods. They are just too awesome. Anyway, just wanted to tell you I think you do good very good work! It must be fun to make mods, huh?

Us too - geez I have a different view of Ok. thought it shouldn't have snow at this point.... In Ohio we get blasted on the north coast but below Columbus (mid state) they don't get that much or it doesn't last that long.. there are exceptioins of course but I thought Okla would be more like Texas.....

Oh heck....we get lots of snow here!! Last winter I got snowed in twice, they even closed the plants and offices where I work. They never do that!! Most of the time we get more ice than snow.

It's been a roller coaster ride for him. Dan is doing better, at the moment. All prayers and hugs appreciated.

Wow, that's cool for So. Cal. I lived right in LA for 5 years and don't believe it ever dropped below 50 - perhaps in other surrounding areas. I've seen pictures of snow at Lake Matthews but in the mountains a bit....

I actually think DH wants a half way decent snow ONCE during this winter so he can try out the snow blower. Men and their toys.
