I think I've mentioned here or elsewhere having two photoshops loaded on the same machine can cause problems when you want to uninstall one version - the reason I haven't installed PS on this machine yet..... just in case I upgrade.

When I loaded CS3 with CS2 I could uninstall CS2 but with CS4 I couldn't get rid of CS3???

We have a "newer" one, but I'm stronger, faster...and cheaper.
But don't ask me how clean they are.
could be, maybe any corrupted file , that's why adobe created the Adobe clean uninstall......... i have read of those case.
What happen and the reason Adobe told me was that the two programs shared configuration files and you'd lose them if you uninstalled one or the other
And I didn't want to lose what I already had set up and had the HD space so I just kept it. But I couldn't extract just CS3 without affecting CS4, esp. my monitor calibration which is one thing I didn't want to do again.... it was bad enough first time through
I just use pixlr.com, not that fancy but good enough for me.
