Same here. You made me look and found out something - a Lennon connection! wiki - The Shining is a 1977 horror novel by American author Stephen King. The title was inspired by the John Lennon song "Instant Karma!", which contained the line "We all shine on…".


I actually believe in a form of instant karma but don't consider it 'supernatural' in the buddhistic sense - likely neither did John.
