There are 2 garages in my apartment building. One is flat and on street level. The other is underground with a steep driveway. According to some friends who have spots in that one, when it rains not only the tires get clean, so do the floor mats and, sometimes the trunks. (They don't keep the drains very clear.)

The sub-contractor, in theory. As I understand it, trying to wade through the corporate maze to find who that is can be just a bit frustrating. Monthly checks go to company that is nothing but check cashing. That is owned by x which, in turn, is owned by y. And then you reach a dead end.

Nope. Save a LOT of money by not (even taking cabs when I should wait for a bus) ❤
