Jan, we have had about that much snow, too. Another inch is expected tonight and 4 to 5 inches on Saturday, but then a warmup, so it's going to melt......I hope.

Only 1-2 inches of snow here, but melts right away.

We only had two snowstorms in the winter of 1977/78. One on January 22nd that dumped 22" of heavy wet snow on us and the Blizzard of '78, in early February that dumped 4 feet of the junk on us. I hope that doesn't happen this year, but I can't get the thought out of my mind.
