A pretty good day on Monday..way to go Fudgey!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fingers crossed for the rest of the week!!

I had an appointment to renew my driver licence today , it was OK and successful ,I only worked for 3 hours and payed a full time :)

Now thats a great deal!!

Not too bad. Some are actually pretty, and we are throwing some jokes in here and there.

I just keep saying it's alright because it's just pictures.

There are some that refused to stick around though.

Really......they aren't that bad....it's just for a day. But then maybe they had a bad experience with a snake.

snake fillet recipe


4 1-1/2" Snake fillets
5 tablespoons butter
1 pound mushrooms, sliced
1 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoons onion, minced
1/2 cup red wine
salt to taste
pepper to taste
pinch of garlic powder

Instructions:
Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a fry pan, saute' fillets 5 minutes om each side. Remove filllets and drain pan. Add 2 tablespoon butter to pan, saute' mushrooms and onion until tender, add red wine, cook over low heat until contents is reduced to half.

Mix 1 tablespoon butter and flour to for a paste, add to your pan, cook stirring constantly for 1 minute. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.

Place snake fillets on a serving platter, pour sauce over snake, serve.

This recipe goes well with fresh bread, steamed broccoli or brussel sprouts.

They have rattle snakes hunts near here every summer.....and they cook what they catch.......bleck!!!!

Anything can be tolerated...well almost and snakes can be and some people are really crazy about them.

Besides it's only pictures.

Just back from Dad's. Today's haul consists of a key for the drill.

Better than that, filled two 10-gallon trash bags with expired medications and assorted other debris and tossed it. :D

Yay....a key for the drill!!
