No problem - it would be an easy assumption for someone here but in fact I just found out about that 'weather' about a month ago.... you may know more about it than I.
Most of what I learned about "Snails" came from Deej's great American novel thread. Tibs linked to for me but I don't remember where it is.

I'm cooking corn beef and cabbage right now!. Should be done about 2:30 if anyone's hungry.
I don't like cabbage either. But it has corn beef, potatoes, carrots, onions and turnip so you can eat what you want.
No bacon!!
