for sure , it is good for me to be away from the puter to exercise my body but i am not so good at all doing manual work, as they told me i have to keep the male at home and take my female part to work

The old way is dying out and that is bad for anyone in your profession.

Another long, hard day.... and not in a good way (Z)

It seems like in this economy, folks with a job are doing a lot more, for/with less. (Norie, Lis, Fudgey, myself). And we will continue to do so, cause we like to eat. And they know that.
Lis, I can so relate to what you are saying about the boss that doesn't fix stuff that doesn't directly "make money". In the IT world, I see a lot of business owners that have never budgeted for their computing systems. The systems are ancient, just barely work, and incredibly insecure. They don't seem to understand that it's a tool critical to the success of their business. It MUST be maintained, updated, and even replaced on a regular basis. Drives me nuts. They just don't "get it".
The end result for me is that I cant possibly do an "excellent" job because, even though they expect that, they don't dedicate the required resources to do it right..... and, I'm tired of having to do everything half-assed.
