We have someone who has an archive with everything -- old, obscure shows, interviews, you name it. She is very careful to stay on the right side of copyright in what she posts.
but if the show was openly broadcasted (i am not sure how to spell the past tense the highlighted word) there should be no copyrights on it

This one it's fine. It was on a live stream. But, for example, when he does the Tonight Show she saves the opening announcement and his interview. She cuts out the monologue, opening bits and other people's interviews. She used to have a lot of one of his old, unsuccessful series up. Thanks to the popularity of House, it came out on DVD so she immediately took the videos off her site. Playing fair.

I'm sorry that I haven't been around much lately. The real world is rather captivating at the moment, and I find myself with very little time for sleep or forum.
