Went pretty fast, it was 5:30 and DH texted me asking when I would be home. Didn't realize it was 5:30 already. I didn't go in until after 12.

It's cool, a very nice ride to the top of Mt. Washington. I love it when it goes around the side of the mountain, look right and you see ground, look left and it's a long way down. LOL. There are markers all along the mountain, in remembrance of those who tried to climb it and failed. It's not that it's difficult to climb, it's that the weather can change quickly and climbers have been caught up in deadly storms. Many do it, successfully, though.
Right after high school, me and three other people drove to Canada. I remember the mountains. You could look down and see the vehicles that went off the road. It's scary and creepy.

It is cool Renee. Mt. Washington has some of the worst weather in the world. I took my sister up to the top in 1968. It was a beautiful late summer day down below, snow and ice at the peak.

I like to visit both, especially the ocean. Always glad to come home to landlocked though.
Back. A block and a half to Rite Aid. Got the eye drops but they didn't have picture hanging stuff. So, on the way back, a 3/4 block detour to the 24-hour hardware store. Even when I was in the Army, I found myself on the coast. I have never been inland, flown over it, but except for a brief stop in Chicago, that's been it.I like to visit both, especially the ocean. Always glad to come home to landlocked though.
