I'm arranging a schedule for chemo therapy for BIL by phone and it can be a bit of a pain!!!

I hate those damn phone thingy's............push 1 for English..........push 2 if you are a patient............push 3 if you think yer gonna die...........etc........etc...........etc.........
I'm not talking to doctor's. BIL had surgery to remove cancer from his neck. This has thrown sis back to the bottle so me and older sis are setting up friends to get him to and from dr. appts. I'm in Illinois, older sis is in Indiana, and BIL is in Arizona.
