Found out about 3pm today that we can't write any checks for employees after 5 today until we know who is allowed to sign them and we don't know
The person who normally signs them is not allowed to anymore because of the change over 
My boss was not to happy that no one bothered to tell us before now!!
We are supposed to get about 3" of rain, so I don't think much if any water in the cellar will be a problem.

So, I just found out that our CEO will be on the television show The Balancing Act tomorrow morning on the Lifetime Channel at 7 a.m. (EST/PST). I guess I will have to record it. We had to have a group picture taken today of all the employees who have been here 30 years or more. My 33rd anniversary will be October 7.

I just noticed in the manual for the submersible pump, that it needs to be connected to a "Ground Fault Interrupter" circuit. I guess I will have to make a trip to the hardware store and get a GFI outlet and replace the standard outlet that I was going to plug it into. More work !!!!!

The GFI is just to cover their ...., in case I get electrocuted. The pedestal pump has the same requirement and I have had a pedestal pump connected to a standard outlet forever. To heck with the GFI, I like to live dangerously !!! lol.
