Thanks Chris. The winter from hell has decided we need another foot since the snowbanks are only a couple feet high.

It's also bitterly cold - -6 yesterday and in the teens this morning.

I had computer problems last night so was a noshow. I did manage to get online around close to 11 but had another problem that irritated me.

The morning post will be more like a noon post today. It's snowing now and we're getting a foot tomorrow I've got to do some stuff in the RW.

I just bought 2 new bird cages. It only took 4+ years. Initially I was just going to get Poeia a new cage. Hers was 2nd hand when I got it and she's 19. Then my pet store offered to get me a matched set of any cage I wanted. Then the person who does the ordering started stalling and putting up road blocks (turned out they were having cash flow problems.) And when I became part of the idle, under-earning, I put it on hold. But my cages don't have seed guards which makes it very difficult to keep the mouse food off the floor so I bit the bullet and ordered.

btw heard 'ode to billy joe' - janis joplin - this morning and that's been running around my head ever since! most amazingly, i'm getting flashes of picturtes you might pick with it, where will it end?????
