I have a small graphics program that also does screen captures.

Macs have a program called "Grab." It will save a window or a selection as a TIFF. I then save it as a jpg because who has enough computer space for TIFFs? I lost some resolution this time but I'm okay with House's arms being a little fuzzy/hairy.
