Cindy i think you have to go to the home page click on my characters / then click print screen on your keyboard open paint /edit/ paste and then use the crop tool to selecte your m&M and save it to your pictures folder

Do you have a key marked Function or maybe just an F inside a box? if so, press Alt + (that key) + PrtSc to capture the screen.
