since there were so many of you thinking of me in this thread i wanted to say thank you and repost here from the snails:
good morning, y'all
i really appreciate the hugs and good wishes sent my way from all of you. getting back to some kind of normal will take time. out of the three pups we took in 13 yrs ago buck was the one i felt closest to, my partner in crime who went riding with me every day. it was hard losing max last summer but then i had buck to comfort me. now the only one left of my three musketeers is cassie.
atm, i don't feel much like chitchat but i will try and stop by as much as i can. carry on!!

Finally made it here!!! My computer picked up a trojan or something last night and I'm still fighting with it.
Looks like I missed a busy night.
It's a balmy 17 here but with the windchill feels like 2 degrees.

Filled the car with gas today, doubled its Blue Book value.

I spent this morning in the doctor's office. DH has indeed torn a rotor cuff and surgery is set for April 1.
They wanted to know if he had a problem with that---April fools and all.
I just told them he wasn't superstitious but to be on the guard because he loves to play April fool jokes.
