corazon, you and poeia should come and see us
jokers were mostly a night crew, they get active late - what's left of the snails are day people, lol

That's funny. The J0kers all go to bed too early as far as I'm concerned and you thing I should hang out with people who keep earlier hours than this? It's 1AM. I should be in bed in another 2-3 hours. Maybe a little earlier as I have an appointment at noon on Mondays.

Jerry, I kinda know that. Wake up crooked every morning and I got way too much on my plate for one person....I get anxiety attacks because of it and I keep thinking one of these days I am gonna mistake one of those for a heart attack. Lately, I am kinda just ignoring the stuff I can't get to, pay and all that jazz. This house has been on the pay no mind list for sometime now! I just laugh at the stuff that isn't family or health related (actually, we sometimes laugh at that stuff too) and save my energy for them and work.

That falls under the "what doesn't kill you depresses you until you are too far gone to deal with any of it -- even the easy stuff."

Here I am, an hour and a half after everyone went to bed.

Jan - print out the ingredient list for the Bachs and ask his doctor. It could be the best stuff in the world, but you need to be sure it won't interact badly with his other meds.

I have a friend who is always researching natural remedies. She doesn't want prescriptions for anything (although she did get bronchitis so badly last year that she took an antibiotic.) But usually she insists that XXX is natural and people have been using it for 100 years. And I keep explaining that arsenic is also natural and 100 years ago people died when they were 45.

I took Wellbutrin to try to stop smoking. It didn't work but I had been getting waves of depression. It was so normal for me that I didn't realize it until the Wellbutrin made it stop. Then a couple of years ago I ended up in the ER thinking I was having a heart attack. It was anxiety which Wellbutrin doesn't help, but Lexapro does. My coffee intake went way up as a result, but it's worth it. I still get them, but only itty-bitty ones. A few minutes of deep breathing and telling myself it's only anxiety ends it.

I have a list of my meds on my computer formatted to fit an index card (with my emergency contacts on the back.) I include my multivitamin, calcium, etc. because you never know what will interact. (I always have a couple of copies. When a doctor asks for a list of my meds I give it to them. Them insist on xeroxing it or writing it all down. I keep telling them to keep it.) But they do love it because they know I haven't forgotten to tell them about anything.
