They gave us pedometers at work. Some walk for America thing. Got mine about noon the other day and by 5pm I had already put over five miles on the thing. However, my doctor said the lifting, ladder climbing, walking at work stuff does not count as exercise, therefore, I do not exercise.

It doesn't keep your heart rate up for certain amount of time.
