Sounds yummy, jan. I have a nice recipe for roast beef, using cheap cuts, that I found on the web but I hate cleaning the oven. Also, it is amazing how rarely the supermarkets around here have roasts.

I have an "I wouldn't leave it plugged in unattended" charger for my 18350s. If they'll work in the new charger, the old one will become my emergency backup. Vapers are as bad as flashlight freaks when it comes to having these things lying around but I'd love it if my living room looked a little less like a test lab.

I did a spin on grandma's cheesecake, since hubs said it tasted like a raspberry zinger, I used vanilla wafers with the graham crackers for the crust and I'll top it with a bit of coconut.
I am half tempted to go get myself some kung pao vegetable for dinner but I know I'd feel like a blowfish. Maybe just a bowl of fresh cucumbers for me.

I am having some seedless cucumber with apple cider vinegar right now. I need to go add some carrots and green peppers to the rest of it and take it into work. I am good at home, but my sugar consumption at work would put most into a diabetic coma.
