HMMMM, a black and tan sounds mighty good. I do a mean corn beef and cabbage but my oldest is the only one who really likes corned beef, my husband does not appreciate it so I will not be making it.
Yikes, I slept in...well I woke up a bit after four which is wake up time, had a chinese food headache from hell. Took some ibuprofen and went back to sleep. Sales rep coming by in an hour and a house showing at noon-house is a disaster, too bad, so sad, it is priced dirt cheap, what do you want? I am getting annoyed with the few people that have come to look at it. We've let enough blood, now they can just bite my ... or buy it, makes no difference to me. Yep, I have a wonderful attitude.

Oh, and I get to find out if I am officially ADHD today. At 46, LOL! Wouldn't that be a hoot. Explains a lot though. <SNORK>

Amy we went through that house thing and during the bad recession years ago. People sort of figure they got the upper hand and are a pain so I can understand the attitude.
Hang in there and stick to your guns cause you can only go so far down in price.
Will keep my fingers crossed for you though.
Well, I'm done outside!!!
My summer decorative stuff is out---yes a bit early but needed the room in the little shed.
Got the tarp (which we just shoved in there) that we borrowed from the neighbor to cover an area so we could bomb the fleas out and folded and returned.
Arranged other stuff we just shoved in there---and no throwing stuff in there is not the norm but DH was having problems back then so that's the way it went down.
Then got the new pool parts in there and out of the house and the garage!!!
Now it's brunch time.
And then Xs time (it's an energy drink).
And then dusting time.
Hang in there and stick to your guns cause you can only go so far down in price.

Well, they cancelled about a half hour ago. Made a dent in the house, but yeah, thanks for the anxiety. I am relieved yet not. I've never seen a market so absolutely horrid. I'd stay in a heartbeat but I have three houses I am footing a mortgage for and my husband's income took a noise dive with the economy. It got bad years back but we kept going with the idea of sticking it out, now there's nothing left to stick it out with, which is why I am always just a ray of flippen sunshine Jan. It gets kind of pointless to break your back 60 plus hours a week and one still wakes up deeper in the hole every morning. LOL!
Well, my focus to do paperwork is totally out the window, I guess I best keep cleaning. At least I am getting something accomplished for the day so I suppose I should thank the realtor for at least lighting a fire under my .... :LOL:
