Hey all. Yes, I survived the expressway, in rush hour even! Once I got going, I kind of remembered it. As long is it ain't Chi-town, I figure I can get over myself. Years ago, my husband use to send me all over the place, including the city in a pick up truck, loaded with countertops, usually sticking out the back a few feet and sometimes out the side. My man was out to give me heart failure I think. I like country driving.
Nice tune Z, use to luv Billy Idol. Saw him in concert back in 84...he was wasted, kept passing out on the stage, loved him anyway. LOL!
Jan, what I wanna know is how someone got a picture of me first thing in the morning and who sent it to you? LOL! How did DH's appointment go?

I made it back to work safe, spent the day in the easter aisle cramming out the rest of the back stock. You know those little chocolate cadbury eggs even smell yummy through the package. Easter is the worst for me, I make it thru the winter holidays without gaining a pound but every year just as winter is breaking is when I do my damage. You'd think after unloading what seems like six hundred cases of peeps, one would get so sick of them.

I have avoided the Easter aisle this year because of those eggs...LOL A lady I work with just tried one last week, now she is mad because they only have them at Easter! You can have the peeps.
I was talking about the little chocolate ones with the candy shell, waay yummy. The cream eggs....okay I'll trade you cadbury creme eggs for peeps when the Easter bunny comes
but anyhoo, you can now get them at Christmas time. That is what I always say when I set the seasonal aisles for the most part, same sht, different wrapper. Yeah, they sell them at Christmas, only difference is they have a Christmas wrapper on them, or should I say Holiday wrapper on them since retailers never use the Christmas word anymore. I think that is wrong, just like they now make peeps for all occassions too. Nope, only at Easter and only yellow peeps...some things are meant to wait once a year for!

I actually don't have to go in the Easter section until after---that's when I buy for Granddaughter for next year. Candy isn't in the equation because she if Juvenile Diabetic.
Doctor's went fine---it was just the pre op physical. The last couple times in there, there was a REALLY long wait and that just about does him in, but in and out today.

Oh no they have them at Christmas too....I am so in trouble!! No one can use Christmas anymore...it's really sad I saw snowman peeps this year...
