Thanks for the song Z, and I heard some of your menus so I know that you at least fix veggies.
I try to do a veggie and a fruit a day---most of the time I fail miserably.
Fruit is the hardest because it's suppose to be eaten on an empty stomach, and I'm not a 'eat fruit for breakfast type person.'
