The House iPhone/iPad app just released part of each script from Season 7 (the teaser and act 1). After each episode this year they're planning to release part of the initial table read for that episode -- that's when the actors and director get together with the writers and go through the script for the first time.

Nope. They released part of the scripts for Season 7. The scripts for Season 8 aren't written yet.

The filming of the table reads will be Season 8.
