I have been soooooo tired this week. On Tuesday I got an almost reasonable amount of sleep but I crashed for a nap from 4:30-8 PM. Yesterday not much better although I didn't have time to nap. Last night I slept 7 1/2 hours and this afternoon I crashed again.
I couldn't figure it out. I've been eating almost healthily. I don't think I'm more depressed than normally due to the birthday. And I just want to go back to sleep.
Went to pick up some food and a prescription I left at Rite Aid. On the way out of the store I had my eureka moment. Anyone want an 8-month supply of generic Zyrtec?
I haven't been in love with my generic Claritin recently and so many people adore Zyrtec that I decided to switch. And Rite Aid was having a buy-one-get-one sale so I did. On Tuesday.
ETA: Just did a drug interaction search. Zyrtec has one with another med -- increased drowsiness. Back to Claritin.

Claritin keeps me awake at night and I don't need anything to help that along!!!
