Hey Nico! Where ya been?

My hockey team got crushed this weekend lol. Poor little fellas tried their little hearts out. They took it well though. We had a Sunday practice( I know I know, a little harsh for young kids lol, but they need it!) and I think our home game against the same team this weekend shouldn't be as brutal. Something clicked yesterday.

They still had a good time. And the way the kids from the other team treated them- during and after the game was amazing. They raise good kids in Athens OH. True champions on and off the ice. Very well mannered.

That's good that they had fun. It sounds like the other kids set a real good example of how to win with grace.

Yeah they were great. The scoreboard keeper quit counting the winning teams shots after 8 lol. And the other teams parents kept the cheering down when they saw out little ones starting to get flustered. Our team had their moments though. Never quit, and gave it their best. That's all you can ask for. Very proud of them!
