I had the impressions of the stitches on a baseball on my face, little league allstar game - black eye, got knocked out, taken to the hospital, xrays, etc. I thought it was a curve ball

I got nailed with a puck twice on Tuesday night. Got a killer bruise that still seems to be growing right beside my.....um..yeah lol. The other was on my forearm. I thought it would be the one to bruise bad. But there isn't even really a mark.

At my coaching class the other week, they said baseball had the highest injury rate of all kids sports. Hockey was like 3rd or 4th on the list. Kind of surprising. But it makes sense. In most other sports, your feet are locked to the turf via cleats. More room to twist\sprain that way. It was an interesting class I thought.
