We are on a corner lot, I say back yard but it's really the side yard. But so is our driveway.......go figure that one out
Our is worse, believe it or not.
It was built on an old service garage so there is the road, a sidewalk, the house, and the extra lot. The extra lot is basically is the space in the middle of the block.
Until we put the pool there, there was no utility stuff run back there.

What a crappy Friday. News like that should come on a Monday.This is the time I wish we didn't live on a corner lot!!! But it beats having neighbors 10 feet away....LOL

Actually it was better to all happen today......Mondays are bad enough already!
See there is something redeeming about where you live.
Except in winter, you just collect more snow than most of your neighbors.
Yeah, Jan, but most of the land is wooded. Still though, I have a 20' by 40' driveway to clear.

Yes it is, Jan. It's not to far from civilization, but it's quiet enough and very private.
Thanks Renee, the land is shaped like a boat and on a quiet dead end street. The woods behind the house go for about 1/2 a mile.
No morels, most of the woods is wetland. That's why no one has built on it.
