As they didn't do the "pulverize them with ultrasound" thing with your stones, I gather you have little ones (which are still supposed to hurt like no one's business.) Question: PG can cause some dehydration. Is it possible that your vaping was a contributing factor (i.e. that you weren't adding enough water to offset that)?

Jan, I assume that "Right now I'm sort of tired of seeing cookie dough." means you are not vaping any cookie dough flavors this month.

Hi Fudgey - that, around here, is called a German (or Dutch) Pancake - yummy. The dough is a bit more 'chewy' than the cakey texture of most pancakes - think a thicker and bigger crepe. Served here with powdered sugar, butter and lemon and you mix that all up to make a frosting. It's REALLY good and filling.

We had a restaurant chain around here - Original Pancake House - and their featured items were the 'German Pancake', 'Apple Pancake' and something else, I forget, but they also had '49'ers' that had the same dough - chewy - in three flat thin pancakes browned and that was my favorite breakfast - with thick sliced smoked bacon and they made their own syrup which was the best ever. I'd 'buy' syrup from them even though it wasn't 'bottled and for sale' like some places - they'd put it in a quart jar and charge me whatever.... lol. There's only one place left now on the other side of town with short hours so I don't get there much.

The German and Apple Pancakes were huge - people would laugh in amazement when served - even when you knew what was coming The sides of the German Pancake would be 5-6 inches high. The Apple pancake was about three inches thick and almost foot in diameter - filled with gooey apples, cinnamon and brown sugar - total carb overload.

Actually three of the four original in Toledo area went out of business. But yeah - their main entres weren't for the timid. They had other stuff - great soup as well - that wasn't so overwhelming.
