My DH has been out of work for 1 1/2 years.....time for him to get a job though!!! We can't live on just my income, after insurance and stuff I don't have much left
His 401K is getting smaller

No it was his choice to quit, he had not been happy for a long time. He has tried to start a business of his own but everything keeps falling apart, not his doing. So now that the holidays are over he will try something else, not sure what. We are going to discuss what, how much, and etc.....LOL

I refused to move with company (and I was lucky to get offer) to another state, so was laid off in '94. I went to Reno, played, came back and started a business writing custom software. I went door to door to introduce myself to local puter shops and chamber of commerce, etc and built it up 24/7 over 10 years. Then my body and mind both crashed and burned.
And that's why I'm sitting home.

Yeah, I'm like a dog...single minded...get the bone, get the bone, borderline OC. I wanted to work for myself, well, I suuuuure did. It always follows obsessions...crash and burn. But I feel much better now, really...never mind the twitching eye.
