I actually got a nap today.
I wish Benadryl worked like that for me. Benadryl and nyquil both make me kinda hyper. Throw in some restless leg, and its a fricken party with covers flying, pillows tossing. Not pretty. I might just try a double dose of melatonin tonight.

The Benadryl was for my rash as you saw. I don't use it to sleep. It makes me dizzy, but no hyper.
However, every morning I wake up, my blankets are halfway down the bed.
Naps are good
If done right.
After a false start (daughter woke me...... right after I dozed off), I got in a solid 2 hours and woke up refreshed.If done right.
I can't take naps......I feel more sluggish after one.

I think a lot of it depends on WHAT wakes me up. If I wake up on my own, all is good. If the kids or phone wake me up, all is bad. Maybe 1 out of 10 naps seem to have a happy ending.

Well it started out bad and then just got worse as the day went on. It ended pretty good because I took Buddie to the Vet and nothing serious was wrong.
Of course over the last couple of days, I was imagining the worse so it was a big relief!
