I don't like to get into the habit of calling people by their first name. Some don't mind it but others do. Especially on the main forum.

Yep..... Frustrating. And a bad time to have a slow drain on the washing machine. Fortunately I didn't get called out to a job while waiting for this hole. Then again, nothing got fixed cause he didn't show up either, so there is plenty of room for failure tomorrow. I think plumbers are worse than cable and phone guys.
