Sigh.............work was horrendous and Friday will be worse. I have to train someone on the front desk and will have no time for MY work. Then in a month she will move to another job in the office, assuming she is still there, and I will have to train ANOTHER one. That desk takes a full time very pro-active person that knows what she is doing PLUS me helping for half a shift so a new person is going to be a total nightmare.
So........depending on how late the trucks are loaded you may see me tomorrow..........you may not.

I'd like a glazed donut. Of course there isn't too many times that I'd turn one of those down. That is why I rarely have them around the house.

I had a job where I figured everything out and could explain the entire process well, so every time a new person came, folks pointed at me and I'm back to the white board for "history of the world part one".
I kind of took pride in it, since I was recognized as an "expert" of that big cubicle and I felt "needed". Half of the folks I trained moved on to, but damnit, I was good at it.
