Sore throat here but it's from vaping too much cinnamon over the last couple of days. I'm doing blueberry today so tomorrow it will be gone.

Sorry about your headache, Fudgey. I get them sometimes when the weather changes. I was thinking the change in air pressure.


All the vaping seems to bother my teeth, make 'em more sensitive.

I used to get a of those, but not any more. I have to say once I cut down my stress, most headaches were gone. It was nearly a monthly problem before. Now, I mostly get headaches from overworking the neck shoulders...and rarely at that.

I get a stress migraine every know and then.....the only thing that helps that is excedrin and bed.
