Well, I have to get the food out...sometimes.

a toaster oven is great to give a crispy finish to the skin of the meat

The best thing about the newer toaster ovens...they got the slide out tray at the bottom for easy cleaning!!!

That is nice......no more yucky burnt smell.

Me too...I get a warm feeling every time I use them.

I fry chicken in an electric skillet in canola oil. While doing the gravy, I'll stick the chicken in the big toaster oven. I use Reynolds wrap, a couple layers of paper towels, and turn it on low. The paper towels really absorb the residue oil.

And no it has never started a fire!
