Yes, I am a non-worker. But I try all I can to avoid the working, why I like shopping on weekends better, nobody comes out then in my town.

aww that's cute with a kittie Lissy.........try that w/ a 93 pound dog that does it CONSTANTLY with her paw cocked so she gouges the crap outta ya! And as soon as you push one paw down the other comes up! Just one very hurtful and annoying issue that she will NOT stop doing. We are almost at the point of letting her go.

She may need extra training. I know you said she may have problems. If you're having a hard time or don't have the time and energy, and neither you or the dog is happy...just saying...

You're working a lot. Is DH working too? A lot of time alone could be difficult on a social animal. I replied to your post in Snails earlier...

"We adopted a 2-year old golden retriever, 100 lbs of joy. Later, we were working full time and thought it wasn't fair to keep him locked up most of the day. We gave him away to a family with 5 kids out in the country. If you really love something, let it go? It was hard watching them drive away with him."

We found the family through the humane society where we originally adopted him.
