The funny (sort of) thing is I called in earlier today and told a gal what was going on. She asked me if the 27th was okay!!!

I go DUH (in my head) and repeated, I have a cold and sinus infection!

I've said that before, but not directly at them. It's an assembly line. The patients sit in the waiting room, then, sit in the little room as the doctor goes from room to room spending 5 minutes in each.
