The work I will be doing is garbage w/ crappy software.....they say I will be too busy so took my variety pack away from me. I am pretty crabby to be honest w/ you and have a pretty crappy attitude.... LOL

Well then, Norie, the bean counters are incompetent, because to run a good company, they should know who their valued employees are and reward them accordingly. Other employees notice these things and when someone works hard for the company and gets nothing in return, they feel that they shouldn't give anything extra to the company. Just do the job that they were hired to do, put in their 40 hours, collect their paycheck and go home.
