Oh well.......if the home RW would calm down it wouldn't be so bad. Home and work at the same time is dragging me down.

Tell me about it!!!!! I grew up in IN and the people here are just plain scary in the snow!!!

Lol.... rear wheel drive was a lot easier to handle than front wheel drive - but I've had 4WD for a while now - since the blizzard of 78...... snowed in for three days!

I've only been doing it lately, but feel like a million bucks! I said "FEEL"! :laugh:

I was riding a stationary bike awhile back. Rode it every day for about 5 months straight. It felt pretty good, but finding that hour to do it was hard. Once I missed a few days, the "record" was broken and it was hard to get back into. I should dust it off. I was trying to figure out how to ride and post here at the same time. Too much bouncing around.

I remember a snow storm we had might have been in 78, the snow was almost reached the roof on one side of the house :ohmy:

I have one set up in the sunroom as a 'recliner' :laugh: Just put a chair behind it and can reach the pedals. Also don't use it much anymore..... :facepalm: :lol:

:laugh::laugh: At one time I dreamed of making mine into a DC generator to power the laptop. "Pedal for your posts" was the general idea....... I abandoned that idea. :facepalm: I would probably be in tip top shape had I not... Or post a lot less. :lol::lol:

Depends on what type of "exercise" you're going to do.:p

You make a valid point Zelda. It would be difficult to get in an hour of aerobic activity a day, in the sack though. :laugh: Well, maybe 25 minutes here, 20 there, etc. It all adds up. I bet I would sleep better. :D

:lol::lol:

I tried that too. But its a carpeted area and too much jiggle. I need to isolate the Kindle completely from the bike, so it was back to the drawing board.... Then the kids absconded with my Kindle for "homework" assignments. :facepalm:

I found that I had to get up early and knock it out. Having the goal of not missing any days was a good thing, but there were some nights when I didn't get going until around midnight. :facepalm:
