I am dropping a few posts before shower. You have a two hour head start on me.

I woke up about 2:30 last night. Took some Melatonin and I went back to sleep...TG!
I was up until 2. Second night in a row. I need a nap already.
But I was enjoying the pleasures of real life
I usually feel pretty groggy in the morning if I take melatonin after midnight. I found out recently that melatonin exacerbates RLS in the people that have that.
I don't do it often but last night was the second night in a row!!
Besides it's RLS or a grouch... 8-o

Actually I've never had a problem with RLS.
Mine comes and goes. Spaghetti at dinner really seems to set me in motion.

I know, where is our Z? Seems like 3 days without sign of her.

I'm in the dreaded countdown...gonna have to get up and do SOMETHING soon!
