Thanks but I'm trying to keep yall out of it as it really wasn't any of your doing. Nicoticket performed it duties perfectly and shipped the product dang near as soon as I hit the order button and I appreciate it. If only your business sense and practices could be learned by usps.

We have some contacts there that can help - we are happy to do it. We can generally figure it out within 48 hours.

Turns out that mine just didn't get scanned. Scanned when it got to my local hub and stayed there to watch the fireworks I guess.

I wasn't complaining to Kent or nicoticket. Just complaining in general. I knew the Holiday week would be messed up. I have also learned not to cut it too close on the juice supply.

Australia can take up to a month if its first class!~

None of my Nicoticket orders have taken more than two weeks thank goodness :) My order arrived, it just never updated with UPS or Aus Post.
Now vaping on velvety custard goodness. :) Hold off on getting the gun, ... for now, I've just placed another order.

Well I'm officially giving up on package 1. Went to the hub and the supervisor advised me that the other supervisor talked to the mailman and he said he delivered it and took him for his word. She then went in manually and changed the status with "delivered" instead of pursuing it any further. Really irks me that's the course of action they took, hell even if they just flat out said "lost your package, our bad" I'd feel a lot better about it. Filed the insurance claim last night but doubt that will be any more efficient...

Anyways, thanks for the help Nicoticket peeps I'll be reordering this afternoon and going ups from here on out with everything. Kent, give Josh a gold star or a high five or something from me BTW he was very helpful and courteous when I called.

Get with customer service and see if we can replace the bottles at cost - there are some situations, like, customers that have ordered about the same size order before, and without issue, etc - we can usually work with you. contact@nicoticket.com

We usually don't have problems - the worst of it is delays with USPS 1st Class International. Go big or go home Australia - and foot the bill for Express or FEDEX!~

At AUD$190, YES ONE HUNDRED AND NINETY DOLLARS for Express, I think I'll pass. And that is the postage charge alone, for 6 bottles. ($187.33 to be exact, just rounding up)
Your juice is awesome sauce, but there's a snowflakes chance in hell I'd ever pay that for postage.

I guess I should probably add that currently, postage to me in Australia is AUD$42.39 for 6 bottles using 1st Class International.
Going 'bigger' than that is not an option for me. My other option is to buy mixed nic liquid from the U.S., and mixing it with the doublers from Australia.

Ouch - FedEx should be able to do better than that - let me get to work on that ASAP.

It's not much better in Europe. These are the shipping options on six 60 mls:

If I use the blowout coupon on six bottles WW Express shipping is more expensive than the actual order :-x

Express is rather expensive, however we use UPS Worldwide Expedited to ship all of our wholesale orders and have yet to have one go missing, and the order is usually to the destination in about a week, depending on location. Exponentially more reliable than USPS, even if you go USPS Express.

I get USPS 1st class mail international - the one that just arrived this week only took 3 days to get to London Heathrow ...then another three days to travel the last 250miles to me!
Considering the travelling the packages do, it's not a bad price, but it does rather diminish the brilliant discounts. Never mind :)

I haven't gotten an USPS shipment gone missing yet. However it is plain they are having some tracking issues lately.

Still, and please don't take this the wrong way, other e-liquid shops offer free shipping over a certain order amount. One in particular on orders over 50 usd. I cannot imagine they pay the shipping on their own dime.

I love my NT juices, more than any other I have tried sofar. But shipping costs are a pain in the *ss.

HELP!!!
I no longer have the option to use USPS (USPS First Class Mail International Parcels)
Is this intended?

EDIT: DANGER AVERTED!!! Don't know if NT fixed it or it fixed itself, but it's now listed again.
I have now placed another order, and I will now sleep tonight ;)
