I've been vaping for just over 3 years, so I've lost more than one battery. I had one fall through a small tear in the lining of a purse. I went nuts trying to find it -- I was sure that's where I had put it. I found it about 3 months later when I discovered the tear.

Another time one got scooped up with my pens from the desk.

Another time one got swallowed up by a car seat. I had put it on the seat right beside me (while I was driving), went to reach for it and it was gone. I had to pull over to the side of the road to get another one out of my purse, which, I might add, I did NOT lay down again. Later that day it took me over 30 minutes to retrieve the one that had slipped between the back and bottom part of the car seat.

I had one disappear from the table on my back porch. I think one of the neighborhood cats probably stole it. They were always playing with anything we left laying around in the backyard. I never recovered that one.

I found one in the refrigerator once. I must have placed it there when getting something out of the fridge, not sure.

I lose my batteries almost as often as my car keys, LOL. I do get distracted. I can usually retrace my steps through the house to find them, though.

love it great BAT STORIES:laugh:

On another forum, more than a year ago, one of the members kept "losing" her batts to her ferrets. Little suckers would steal them in the night and stash them in their little ferret hidey-hole. The on-going saga was quite entertaining.:D

WHAT A CRACK UP.:laugh:so glad I started this thread...my ..... cat....sometimes might give em a paw strike if on my bed....but those ferrets win......laughing my head off

I don't know but so far I think Deb takes top prize for having in the clothing pin bag but Moonstruck takes top prize for losing hers the most often. This was actually a tough call since putting your batt in the refrigerator is pretty exotic:)[/QU followed by a stealing ferret.......lol

When I first started vaping I had a cig look-a-like that I had just bought on my way home. I parked in the driveway, opened the pack, took a hit, grabbed my purse to get out of the car, and as I grabbed the purse strap I hit it on something. It flung up in the air did 3 flips and fell between the 2 bucket seats. I then spent the next 45 minutes tearing the car apart with my 3 sons. We came to the decision that after its 3 flips it went end first into the gap where the emergency break sticks out of the center consul never to be seen again. It was a one hit wonder that cost me $10.

Has picture of Itschoice saying "Oh noooooo!!" in slow motion whilst grabbing for the batt in mid air and then a "You gotta be kidding me " look on face as it drops into the gear shifter hole. Arrrggghhhhh!!!! Maybe I've been watching too much football with all those slow motion replays lately:)

LOL... I can laugh about it now but at the time the good little school teacher swore like a sailor. I guess if I ever get in a tight spot I can get the screwdriver out and rip the whole thing apart. I can just see my husband coming home to the driver seat sitting in the middle of the driveway with the car inside-out... A new honey-do for him...lol
