The trend over the last year has been towards pyrex glass tanks. Several vendors have sprung up to meet the need for juice carrying devices that can hold up to certain flavors that can crack, melt, or otherwise destroy the polycarbonate tubing that earlier tanks used.
Hoosier Vapes sells the Bella and Elegance tanks that follow the Lava tank design. Much easier to get than a Lava tank. Same one-piece mouth-piece/top cap design that twists off for easy filling.
The first image above is of my Elegance tank. I matched the endcaps up with a clear pyrex Phiniac tube with a custom sand-blasted design before Hoosier began offering pyrex tubes as an add on accessory. They also have begun selling stainless steel versions.
There is a thread devoted to the Bella and Elegance tanks here:

The Phiniac Tanks, as noted above, are the gold standard of pyrex tanks. These are available as a naked pyrex tube in several colors; or can be customized with sand-blasted designs, or have hand-blown 3-D designs.

A newcomer on the scene is IBTanked, providing a very economical yet high quality pyrex tank in two diameters. The slim size fits a Provari perfectly. I recently did a full review here. There are several pictures of these tanks within the thread.

I'm currently using the Ikenvape Mega Punched! Platinum cartomizers in my tanks. The Smoktek cartos are also recommended. Links to vendors supplying these and other single coil prepunched cartomizers are in my blog article under my screen name/ avatar. I also discuss why I prefer single coils over dual coil cartomizers, and a video review of a highly recommended tank tool.
