Sweet I remember just reading it but for the life of me couldn't find the thread.. So will it be messy or do you mean I'd probably need a thicker oring to keep the cap off the deck? Thanks for fielding my newbie questions

You can take a oring and put on the base and it will lift the cap up slightly. It does not leak..

Yeah, but taste/flavor is subjective. If you run sub-ohm coils the little IGO-BF top cap is actually too small. I get a better vape with the Cyclone AFC cap when I'm running .5 ohms. If you stick to over 1ohms then yes the little tiny top cap works great.


Here is the problem with using a IGO-BF base with a cyclone top. There is always a catch right!!!

The IGO-BF has better flavor with the cap that it comes with so switching the top caps is only for ascetics.

Thanks ken I stay between .8 and 1.2..I love the new afc cap i got..I just didn't want the other cap sitting in a box..
